Terms and Conditions

1. Shipping within Australia is free. If postal insurance is required, there will be the additional charge. Hellpixie takes no responsibitly for lost or damaged items. Please contact Hellpixie for International shipping.

2. Exchange: There will be no exchange on dresses where the incorrect measurements have been given by you the consumer. If the wrong dress has been made, upon returning the goods, the correct dress will be completed at no charge to the consumer. This does not include change of mind or consumer error when ordering. Please contact Hellpixie in the event that the dress requires exchange within 1 weeks of receipt of the dress.

3. Returning: In the case that the goods are damaged or unwareable due to user error, no returns will be accepted. However if the dress is faulty, upon the return of the dress Hellpixie will reimburse the amount, less postage.  

4. No exchange or return is offered in case that the dress has been worn, washed or damaged. Please remember this.

5. Allow a minimum of 3 weeks for orders to arrive, as both dresses and hair pieces are made to order. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, please contact Hellpixie: skye@hellpixie.com

NOTE: Hellpixie is not responsible for color differences in your computer monitor's calibration. Please note that everyone's computer displays colors differently and take this into consideration when purchasing.
